Pasta Pineapple salad

Pasta Pineapple salad

Pasta – 2 big glasses

Refined oil – ¼ tspn
Salt – as per taste
Black Pepper – as per taste
Carrot – 1
Onion – 1


Button Mushroom – 1 Packet











Green Chilies – 3-4
Del monte Tidbits Pineapple – 1 Box 












French Beans – 10-12













Capsicum – 1
Fun Foods Pasta Salad Dressing – 4 tbspn approx

Serving – 6/7 person

Pre-requisite
1.      Remove stems from mushroom.
2.     Peel Carrot and Onion
3.     Remove Capsicum stem.
4.     Wash all the vegetables properly.

      For Vegetables:
Dice all the vegetables (except French Beans and Green Chili) in approx sugar cube size as shown in Figure 1










Now cut French beans and green chili in very thin round shape. Take a big microwave vessel; put all the vegetables (except green chili and mushroom) in that. Put little amount of water in vessel so that vegetables get dipped in to it. Now microwave it for 5 mins. Keep it aside. Now microwave diced mushroom for 3 mins. Let all the vegetables get cool for 10-15 mins. 

For Pasta
Take a big vessel with more than half filled with water. Let the water boil. Add little bit of salt and refined oil in to boiled water. Add the pasta in to boiled water and keep it on the flame till the time it cooked properly (like boiled rice). Wash it with tap water once it is cooked and keep it aside for 15 mins.

Method:
Mix all the vegetables with boiled pasta; add salt and black pepper as per taste. Strain water from pineapple tidbits box and now mix del monte pineapple tidbits with the vegetable mixture. In the end add around 4 tbspn of fun foods pasta salad dressing. Keep it in a fridge for 4 hrs. Now you can serve it.
